Every item in our shop is made-to-order with care. Here’s how shipping works for your order:

Processing Time

Your order begins production shortly after purchase. Most items are ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact the carrier directly. We’re unable to refund or replace orders marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
