A gentle note from me to you: Almost every item in our shop is created just for you the moment you place your order. Because each piece is made-to-order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer‑remorse purchases. Thank you for understanding the care and intention behind this process.

When We Gladly Make It Right

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite what you ordered, we’re here to help. We offer a replacement or refund for :production errors and incorrect replacement or refund for:

• Items that arrive damaged

• Misprints or production errors

• Incorrect items received

Your experience matters, and we want you to feel good about what you receive.

How to Report an Issue

If you notice a problem, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Just send your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. This helps us understand what happened and make things right as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are available for 2 hours after purchase. After that window, your order is already in motion and cannot be changed.

Shipping Address Errors

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements. We encourage a quick double-check before submitting your order to ensure everything arrives safely.
